We collect your quiz answers, the name and email you give us, contact messages and waitlist sign-ups. We use these to send your plan and Flowello updates.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit flowello.io, take the quiz, contact us, or join the waitlist — and what we do with it.

We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, and operate this site.

• •Information you give us directly — name, email, business name, quiz answers, contact messages and waitlist sign-up details.
• •Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and pages viewed, via standard server and analytics logs.
• •Communication records — messages and emails you exchange with Flowello.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We do not sell personal information.

We use the information you provide to:

• •Respond to your inquiry, provide your quiz plan, and send Flowello updates with your consent.
• •Operate, secure, and improve flowello.io and the Flowello platform.
• •Send transactional or service-related communications (we do not send marketing emails without your consent).
• •Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We share information only with the parties required to operate our business:

• •Service providers under contract — Notion (CRM of record), Slack (internal lead notifications), email and hosting providers, and analytics providers. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.
• •Legal authorities — when required by valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate fraud or security incidents.
• •Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

We keep contact and lead information for as long as a commercial relationship is reasonably anticipated, and for a maximum of 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing team@flowello.io.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• •Object to or restrict certain processing.
• •Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfect — if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at team@flowello.io.

Flowello is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, under appropriate safeguards.

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not function as expected.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the site or via direct notice where appropriate.
