Six steps to move forward
- 1.
Define who needs the offer now.
Describe the situation that makes someone ready to buy, not only their age or job title. Use what you learned from real conversations. Choose a group you can reach without buying a huge audience.
- 2.
Start with direct conversations.
Find relevant communities, existing contacts or places buyers already visit. Offer useful context before a link and follow community rules. Ask questions instead of sending the same sales pitch to everyone.
- 3.
Make the first purchase straightforward.
Keep the outcome, price and next step clear. Use a focused listing, inquiry form or booking link. Ask early buyers what almost stopped them and fix that friction before adding more channels.
- 4.
Keep track and follow up with care.
Record the inquiry, last contact and agreed next step. Follow up with something helpful, not manufactured urgency. Respect a no, avoid adding people to marketing email without appropriate permission and use drafts you have reviewed.
- 5.
Learn what is bringing buyers.
Ask where customers found you and track useful inquiries, purchases, repeat purchases and costs. Try one channel consistently enough to learn from it. Likes and reach can help diagnose a message; they are not paying customers.
- 6.
Repeat, retain and expand.
Keep delivery dependable, invite feedback and ask happy buyers about referrals without pressure. Repeat the channel and offer that produce sustainable sales, then try one expansion. Ten and 100 are milestones to work toward, not promised results.
